FAQS

BOOKING + PAYMENT

Q. we definitely want to book you, what’s the next step?

awesome! i’m excited to work with you! to officially book a date, you’ll have to sign my online contract and pay a non-refundable retainer: $1500 for full day coverage / $1000 for partial day coverage. as soon as i receive those two things, you are officially BOOKED. Yay!

Q. it may take us a couple of months to save for the booking fee, can you pencil us in?

unfortunately, the only way to secure your date is to sign the contract and pay the booking fee.

Q. when is our remaining balance due?

your final balance is due 30 days before the date of your wedding. a reminder will be sent via e-mail to help keep you on track. if your final payment is late, keep in mind that a late fee will be charged. so make sure you mark it on your calendar! you don’t want to pay late fees!

Q. can we pay our final payment after the wedding?

the only payments that can be made after the wedding are a la carte purchases.

Q. what methods of payment do you accept?

cash, cheque or e-transfer - whichever works best for you!

Q. who do i make cheques out to and where do i send it?

if you don’t want to take advantage of the engagement session, you can deduct $100 off of THE BASICS: full day package price. it’s completely up to you but it would be a really fun time and it would give us a chance to work together before your big day!

Q. can i get the photos printed off the USB that’s included in my package?

absolutely! the images on the USB are all high resolution, processed and ready to print. on your USB there will be a file with printing recommendations for you as well!

Q. can i purchase a wedding book or album later?

yes! you have up to 6 months to order any prints or products! 6 months after your wedding date, the images will be purged and ordering will no longer be available.

WEDDING QUESTIONS

Q. how many images should we expect?

you can expect approximately 40 images per hour of coverage!

Q. do you mind if my family members take photos during the ceremony or reception?

not at all! tell them to snap away - i would never tell your guests to put their cameras away!  all i ask is that they don’t stand in front of me while i’m working!

Q. what if our reception runs later than expected, can you stay later to capture our grand exit?

sure! if i stay longer than 30 minutes late though, you will be billed overtime and no proofs will be posted until the overtime has been paid in full. my hourly rate for overtime is $250/hour.
